Club Music Competition: Congratulations to Walker Davis (1st Place), Molly Roth (2nd Place), and Rachel Cope (3rd Place) for their participation in last week's music competition. The 1st and 2nd place winners will compete at the area-level this Sunday, March 26 at the Grass Valley Seventh-day Adventist Church on Hwy-174. The winner from that event will then compete at the the District Conference on May 6 for a $1,000 grand prize.
Radio Auction Dry-Run: For those of you helping perform the dry run, please meet at TeleStream's building at 6:00 PM on Friday, March 24.
9th Annual Radio Auction: This year's Radio Auction is coming up on Saturday and will be broadcast over KNCO 830AM from 9:00am until 2:00pm. Did everyone see the tabloid-sized circular that was inserted into The Union on March 21? If not, you can still pickup copies at the National Hotel.
New Website Launch: We have redesigned the public portion of the website in order to be a public relations tool to further educate the public and other Rotarians about the club's activities. Take a look and let us know what you think: www.ncrotary.org
Baja Trip: We are organizing a trip to San Jose Los Cabos, Mexico on April 28-30 to visit our "brother club" and to do a service project at the Paolo Escopeda School. If you are interested in going, please contact Stacy Hart or John & Sandra Hensley.
Area Rotary Tab: The annual Rotary tab that promotes the five area clubs will be inserted in The Union on May 18. Ads are available to area Rotarians only and determine how many pages the tab will be. The deadline for ads is April 21. For more info, please contact Jim Moss at The Union.
