In order to carry a positive action we must develop here a positive vision.
Grass Valley Mayor Dan Miller presented an engaging “State of the City of Grass Valley” address at our April 17 meeting. Throwing a few light hearted jests at Nevada City – somewhat in the spirit of responding to jests thrown at Grass Valley by Nevada City constituents over the years, Dan acknowledged the strong community spirit and cooperation that has been reinforced by the recent partnership of Police Departments of the two cities and other efforts. He began with an update on the Dorsey Drive interchange and proposed development. He ensured the City’s intention for transparency and public participation in the review process of the proposed development.
